All social realities come out of the Stockholm syndrome. We have been captured and possessed by the past - the right - in social groups with father figures at the helm, keeping us from becoming adults. Trapped in social orders, following the rules of the orders, looking at the other members for approval or disapproval rather than asking yourself. This pattern of existence makes us easy to possess by anyone who looks the part of a leader. We are becoming ever more insulted from each other by social media texting rather than talking, with the right holding the position of the social censor.
Nothing seems to change. We have been in this pattern for at least three thousand years. The envoys of change - the left - are discredited by the right and because we are programed to see things from our captors point of view we pay no attention to them. Frustrated by the social censorship, the left seek to escape through drugs. becoming recluses, or escape into their own worlds and becoming institutionalized. We are seeing more and more children that can't be socialized into our group fantasies, fantasies we call reality. Is this nature's way of breaking the strangle hold the right has on mankind in order to restore the balance?
We have the technical ability to give the whole of mankind equal control by giving each person an equal say. Yet, we still allow the right to control by position power, letting them change the rules as we go to suit their purpose - gerrymandering to stay in power.
When will we awaken and take control of our own future? Will it be in time to save our environment?
