When I was much younger I took some classes on hypnosis. I told my fundamentalist Mormon mother about them, and her response was that she would never let anyone control her mind. At the time I thought this a strange response coming from someone that wanted to control everyone else's minds, and never dared do anything that was not church approved. Now, looking back I can see the cruel pattern of possession that all hierarchy based social realities turn into. People that are possessed by someones else's personal reality are trapped by that persons mind, so they are controlled by them. They are turned into golems by their captor and end up with a programed internal dialogue that tells them what their captor wants them to believe (the Stockholm Syndrome). They need this internal dialogue in order to stay in compliance with their captor, because their captors reality is not intuitive, like one would be that was based on the natural world. This becomes even more bizarre when the person possessing you is dead and you are being possessed by some teachers interpretation of the writings of the person possessing them.
The first step to freedom from this type of possession is to break your internal dialogue. It will be a lot harder than you think, but it's the first step to freedom once possessed by someone else's programing. Grandpa Owl
