Most people see what they hear, because we live in social realities that are made up of the explanations of spin doctors giving us the view our captors want us to have. As herd animals we follow leaders blindly as long as we are comfortable. We are programed to believe it is a sin to question and we will turn into a pillar of salt, or at least go to hell, if we look. So we blindly follow the most ruthless of mankind and shun those that see the obvious. Those that possess us take no responsibility or blame. It is always our fault for not following their instructions or misunderstanding their teachings.
We now have the technology to harness the mind of man and use all the best people in their fields to solve our problems. But we still are listening to the biggest con artists telling us what we think we want to hear so they can make our choices based on what serves the con men. They convince us that we are Conservatives for following blindly, but it is more likely we are just Masochists!!
