I heard an interview yesterday morning on NPR with Andrew Yang, a presidential hopeful, that was very refreshing. He was talking about real things and not the same old hot button issues that keep us at odds with each other and at the mercy of the good old boys possessing us!
He was talking about how technology was taking our jobs and not the poor immigrants. He was talking about the environment and health care for all, and a Universal Basic Income of $1,000 a month for every American adult.
This is the kind of thinking that will take us out of the old good old boy fascist world of trickle-down economics, and into a bubble up economy. A bubble-up economic system that serves our environment and the people that live in it. Give the money to the people at the bottom who can actually see where the problems are and not to con-men in ivory towers, looking down on those they are deceiving, laughing, and saying it's just a game!
