At some point we must stop and actually examine the bandwagons we are getting on. All bandwagons play your tune as you board them, but once on board, few notice that the tune has changed to attract the next group. It's our egos that keep us on the bandwagon, playing or following behind, dancing to the tune being played! We stop searching, or questioning, and become involved in learning the new music and steps we are being programmed to follow! Few will admit that the bandwagon is not what they though it was because they would be admitting they were deceived!
In our social world - if we want real change - it's the metronome that controls the beat all the bandwagons follow, that needs to change!
We are being given our sheet music in the form of social programs our communities are following. They are all very much the same, but to those that follow them the closest, every little nuance must be followed. These small details become what it's all about and we become unable to change because the super- conformists are policing the herd! These super-conformists will only change when their bandleader gives them the changes, and then through social pressure, they force the rest of the players and dancers to follow their lead. This makes the super-conformist feel important and gives them position power!
The non-conformists are the biggest threat to those controlling the metronome because they are following a beat that is coming from the source of all things! They are the ones that notice that the social world metronome is not in tune with the natural world.
Those that are benefiting from the beat of the man-made metronome - at the expense of the rest of mankind and the natural world - think these mavericks must be discredited or destroyed! To these demigods, non-conformists must be silenced, before they wake their fellow man up to the beat of the natural world!
It's time to change the beat from one that wants to be the center of the universe to one that is in tune with the natural center of the universe. It's time to get the metronome back in sync with the rest of the universe!
